1. Either.….or
अगर हम Either or की पहचान की बात करे तो जिस वाक्य में (या तो -या) आता है वहा Either or का प्रयोग होता है यानि कुल मिला कर कहे तो हमारे पास दो options होते है और उनमे से कोई एक हमें चुनना पड़ता है
For Example
1. या तो तुम या तुम्हारे मित्र लोग दोषी है।
Either you or your friends are guilty.
2. या तो तुम जाओ या मुझे जाने दो।
Either you go or let me go.
3. राम, या तो आएगा या जायेगा।
Ram will either come or go.
4. मै तुम्हे या तो अंग्रेजी पढ़ाऊंगा या तो हिंदी।
I will teach you either English or Hindi.
5. मैं दिल्ली जाऊँगा या तो मुंबई।
I will go either Delhi or Mumbai.
6. या तो तुम दोषी हो या तो वह।
Either you are or he is guilty.
7. मैं या तो हिंदी सिखाऊंगा या तो अंग्रेजी।
I will teach either Hindi or English.
8. या तो राम या श्याम वहा जायेगा।
Either Ram or Shyam will go there.
9. या तो तुम शुल्क जमा कर दो या तो पढाई छोड़ दो।
You either pay your fee or quit study.
10 . या तो कुछ देर इंतज़ार करो या तो घर जाओ। You Either wait just a minute or go to home .
11. या तो उसका इन्तजार करो या तो जाओ और उसे बुला कर लाओ।
Either wait him or go and call him.
12 . तुम या तो दो अंडा या एक ग्लास दूध ले सकती हो।
You can take either two eggs or a glass of milk.
13. या तो जूही या तो उसकी माँ आज रात का खाना बनाएंगी।
Either Juhi or her mother will cook/prepare dinner tonight
14. क्या आप अत्यधिक मात्रा में धूम्रपान या शराब पिते है ।

या तो वो आएगा या मै।

या तो वो तुझे चाहती है या सिर्फ मजे ले रही है।

या तो वो तुझे मार देगा या तू उसे मार दे।
Either he will kill or you kill him.
या तो तुम गुजरात जाओगे या रायपुर।
Either you will go to Gujrat or Raipur
या तो तुम बोल लो या मुझे बोलने दो।
Either You speak or let me speak.
या तो तेरे पापा गए होंगे या तेरा भाई।
Either your father would have gone or your brother.
या तो तुम टिकट बुक कर दो या मेरे पैसे वापस कर दो।
Either book my ticket or return my money back.
या तो सुबह आ जाना या अभी आ जा।
Either come in the morning or come now.
(तो देखा आपने ऊपर दिए गए सभी वाक्यों की शुरुआत “या तो” से हो रहा है और वाक्य के बिच में “या” का प्रयोग किया गया है। इन सभी वाक्यों को पढ़कर आपको समझ आ गया होगा की यहाँ दो Options होते हैं उनमे से किसी एक option को हमे choose करना होता है)
2. Neither.....nor
1. ना ही वह गाता है और ना दूसरों को गाने देता है Neither he sings nor he lets other sing.
2. मैंने ना ही मछली खाया और ना ही अंडा।I ate neither eggs nor fish.
3. मैंने ना ही शतरंज खेला और ना ही फुटबॉल. I played neither chess nor football.
4. अनु ना तो सिगरेट पीते हैं और ना ही बीड़ी।
Anu smokes neither Bidi nor Cigrate.
5. संदीप ना तो शराब बेचता है और ना ही गाजा।
Sandeep sells neither wine nor ganza.
6. प्यार ना तो बेचा जाता है और ना ही खरीदा जाता है।
Love is neither sold nor bought.
7. हम लोग इसे ना तो बदल सकते हैं और ना ही इसे सुधार।
We can neither change nor improve it.
7. नहीं अनन्या और ना ही उसकी मां गोवा गई।
Neither Ananya nor her mother went to Goa.
8. तुम ना तो खाना खाते हो और ना ही विद्यालय जाते हो।
You neither eat food nor go to school.
9. ना तो मैं मेरे मित्रों के पास और ना ही बुक स्टोर में यह किताब है।
Neither my friends nor the bookstore has this book.
10. ना ही तारा और ना ही उसकी मां यहां उपस्थित है।
Neither Tara nor her mother was present here.
11. मेरा भाई ना तो शराब पीता है और ना ही धूम्रपान ।
My brother neither drinks nor smokes.
12. नहीं शारदा और ना ही उसके मित्र लोग आज रात की पार्टी में जा रहे हैं।
Neither Sradha nor her friends are going to the party tonight.
13. ना ही वह और ना ही उसके मित्र लोग वापस आए.
Neither he nor his friends are came back.
14. ना ही मैंने और ना ही तुमने ताजमहल को देखा है।
Neither I nor you have seen the Tajmahal.
15.न हीं वह पढ़ती है और ना ही दूसरों को पढ़ने देती है।
Neither she reads nor she lets other read.
16. वह ना तो विद्यालय गई और ना ही कोचिंग।
She went neither school nor coaching.
17. प्यार ना तो बेचा जा सकता है और ना ही खरीदा।
Love can neither sell nor buy.
3. Both......and
1. यह खेल बच्चों और वयस्कों दोनों के लिए उपयुक्त है।
This game is suitable both for children and adults.
2. मैं चावल और रोटी दोनों खाऊंगा।
I will eat both bread and rice.
3. हम लोगों ने तालियां भी बजाई और खड़े भी हुए.
We both applauded and stood up.
4. फिल्म और नाटक दोनों अच्छे थे।
Both the movie and the drama were good.
5. शिक्षक और शिक्षिका दोनों आज दयालु है।
Both teacher and madam are kind.
6. लड़का और लड़की दोनों काले हैं।
Both boy and girl are black.
7.लड़के और लड़कियां दोनों इस खेल में भाग ले सकते हैं।
Both girls and boys can take a part on this game.
8.धन्वी और प्रकृति दोनों ने फिल्म का आनंद लिया।

9. उसने सेब और संतरा दोनों खाया।

10. शिवानी अंग्रेजी और हिंदी दोनों पढ़ सकती है।

4. Though /Although (हालांकि\ फिर भी ) मे से किसी एक का प्रयोग एक दूसरे के बदले में आप कर सकते हैं , अर्थ में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।

3.Mr. Lal knows very little, he is very popular among students.
- Although Mr. Lal knows very little he is very popular among students.
हालांकि मिस्टर लाल बहुत कम जानते हैं फिर भी वह विद्यार्थियों के बीच में प्रसिद्ध है।
4. Chhavi loved him very much, she could not tell him so.
- Though Chhahvi loved him very much, she could not tell him so.
हालांकि छवि उनसे बहुत प्यार करती है इसलिए उसने उनसे ऐसा नहीं कहा।
5. Ram laboured hard, He did not secure very good mark.
Although Ram laboured hard, he didn't secure very good marks.
हालांकि राम ने कठिन मेहनत की फिर भी वह बहुत अच्छा अंक नहीं लाया।
