Understanding the Conjunction “Either... or”
📘 What is “Either... or”?
“Either... or” is a correlative conjunction used to present two
alternatives or choices.
It implies that only one of the two options will be true, selected, or acted upon.
अगर हम Either .. or की पहचान की बात करे तो जिस वाक्य में (या तो…. या) आता है वहा Either or का प्रयोग होता है यानि कुल मिला कर कहे तो हमारे
पास दो options होते है और उनमे से
कोई एक हमें चुनना पड़ता है.

This conjunction is useful for
expressing decisions, possibilities, and contrasts in a balanced way.

1. ना ही वह गाता है और ना दूसरों को गाने देता है Neither he sings nor he lets other sing.
2. मैंने ना ही मछली खाया और ना ही अंडा।I ate neither eggs nor fish.
3. मैंने ना ही शतरंज खेला और ना ही फुटबॉल. I played neither chess nor football.
4. अनु ना तो सिगरेट पीते हैं और ना ही बीड़ी।
Anu smokes neither Bidi nor Cigrate.
5. संदीप ना तो शराब बेचता है और ना ही गाजा।
Sandeep sells neither wine nor ganza.
6. प्यार ना तो बेचा जाता है और ना ही खरीदा जाता है।

4. Though /Although (हालांकि\ फिर भी ) मे से किसी एक का प्रयोग एक दूसरे के बदले में आप कर सकते हैं , अर्थ में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।
