Unless जब तक नहीं / Until

Unless और Until शब्दों का अक्सर एक साथ प्रयोग होता है, ध्यान देने की बात यह है कि

Unless का प्रयोग शर्त के न पूरा होने पर करें (Unless refers to a condition which not fulfilled or something happening before a time.)

You can go to field and play until the sun sets.

( It gets dark.)

Until का समय सूचक शर्त के लिए करें. (Until refers to a time not being come.)

जब तक आप कड़ी मेहनत नहीं करेंगे तब तक आप सफल नहीं होंगे।

You will not succeed unless you work  hard.

जब तक वह मेरे पास नहीं आएंगे, मैं यह पुस्तक नहीं दूंगा।

Unless he comes to me,I will not give this book.

जब तक आप भुगतान नहीं करेंगे, मैं यह मोबाइल नहीं दूंगा।

Unless you pay , I will  not give this mobile.

Unless के साथ वाले clause में not का  प्रयोग नहीं करते हैं l 

जब तक वह नहीं आएगा, मैं उसका इंतजार करूंगा।

Unless he comes, I will wait for him.

मैं उस बाघ को तब तक नहीं मारूंगा जब तक कि कोई मेरे सिर पर बंदूक न रख दे।

I will not shoot that tiger unless someone puts a gun to my head.

रिया तब तक पिकनिक पर नहीं जाएगी जब तक उसके भाई को उसके साथ जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाती।

Riya will not go to the picnic Unless his brother is allowed to accompany with her.

छात्र नेता ने कहा कि जब तक उनकी मांगें पूरी नहीं हो जाती वे अपना धरना जारी रखेंगे

The student leader said they would continue  their stike until their demands fulfilled.

मेरी माँ ने कहा कि वह मुझे तब तक खेलने नहीं देंगी जब तक मेरा होमवर्क पूरा नहीं हो जाता।

My mother said that she wouldn't let me play until or unless my homework is completed. 

सपना ने वॉटर हीटर ठीक होने तक नहाने से मना कर दिया।

Sapana refused to take  shower until the water  heater fixed.
