Long, long ago in Arabia there lived a poor
boy whose name was Aladdin. बहुत पहले अरब में एक गरीब लड़का रहता था, जिसका नाम अल्लाद्दिन था. He lived in a small house with his
mother. वह एक छोटे से घर में अपनी मां के साथ रहता था,
He was lazy and did not like to work at
all. वह कामचोर था और किसी भी कीमत पर वह काम करना नहीं चाहता था, He used to spend his time playing in the
street with other boys. वह अपना समय गली के अन्य बच्चों के साथ खेलने में बिताया करता था।
One day a man came along the road and saw Aladdin
playing. एक दिन एक आदमी सड़क के किनारे आया और उसने देखा कि अल्लाद्दिन खेल रहा है।
"Who are you?" he asked. "तुम कौन हो?" उसने पूछा।
"I am Aladdin," replied the boy. "मैं अल्लाद्दिन हूँ," लड़के ने उत्तर दिया।
"I am your uncle," said the man."मैं तुम्हारा चाचा हूँ," आदमी ने कहा।
This was not true यह सच नहीं था. The man was not Aladdin's uncle वह आदमी अलादीन का चाचा नहीं था। He was a wicked wizard. वह एक दुष्ट जादूगर था। Aladdin took the wizard to his home. अलादीन उस जादूगर को अपने घर ले गया।
"Look, mother," he said. वह बोला,” देखों, माँ ।, "Here is my uncle. ये मेरे चाचा हैं । He has come from Africa. ये अफ्रीका से आयें हैं ।
Aladdin's mother fetched food, and they all had
supper. अल्लाद्दीन के माँ ने भोजन परोसा और वे सब ने रात्रि का भोजन किया .
“Aladdin,” said the wizard, “I shall buy you some
beautiful clothes.” अल्लाद्दीन, मैं तुम्हारे लिए कुछ सुन्दर कपड़े खरीदूंगा, जादूगर ने कहा.
Aladdin and his mother were very pleased. अल्लाद्दीन और उसकी माँ बहुत खुश थे. The next day Aladdin and the wizard went to the
market. अगले दिन, अल्लाद्दीन और जादूगर बाजार गये . The wizard bought some beautiful clothes
for Aladdin, जादूगर ने अल्लाद्दीन के लिए कुछ सुंदर कपड़े खरीदे and Aladdin became very happy. अल्लाद्दीन बहुत खुश हुआ Then they went for a long walk. फिर वे लंबी सैर पर निकले। They walked along a stony path वे पथरीले रास्ते पर चल पड़े।. Aladdin was tired. अलादीन थक गया था।
After some time, they came to the bottom of a
hill. कुछ देर बाद वे एक पहाड़ी की तराई में आ गए।
"We will stop here," said the wizard. हम यहीं रुकेंगे," जादूगर ने कहा।
"Fetch some wood and make a fire.""कुछ लकड़ी लाओ और आग लगाओ।"
Aladdin collected some wood and he made a big
fire. अलादीन ने कुछ लकड़ी इकट्ठी की और उसने एक बड़ी आग तैयार कर दिया । The wizard threw something on the fire, and cast
a magic spell. जादूगर ने आग पर कुछ फेंका और जादू का उच्चारण किया । The ground shook, and there was a lot of noise
and smoke जमीन फट गई, और बहुत सारा शोर और धुआं उत्पन्न हुआ था। Aladdin was very frightened अलादीन बहुत डर गया था। Suddenly a hole opened in the ground. अचानक जमीन में एक गुफा खुल गया। At the bottom of the hole there was a big stone. गुफा के नीचे एक बड़ा पत्थर था।
"Under that stone is a lamp," said the
wizard. जादूगर ने कहा,”उस पत्थर के नीचे एक चिराग है "Go down and fetch it. नीचे जाओ और उसे लाओ , Here is my ring to keep you safe." ये मेरी अंगूठी है जो तुम्हे सुरक्षित रखेगी.
Aladdin took the wizard's ring, and went into the
hole. अल्लाद्दीन ने जादूगर की अंगूठी लिया और गुफा में चला चला गया , He lifted the stone, and saw some steps. उसने पत्थर को उठाया , और कुछ सीधी के पायदानों को देखा Aladdin went down the steps अल्लाद्दीन सीढ़ियों से नीचे गया . He came to a beautiful garden. वह एक सुन्दर बागीचे में आ गया In the garden there were a lot of trees
covered with wonderful jewels. बागीचे में बहुत से पेड़ अद्भुत आभूषणों से ढके हुए थे There were red, blue, green, yellow, and
white jewels. वहां लाल,नीले, हरे, पीले,और सफ़ेद आभूषण थे They were all very big and they sparkled in the
sun. वे सभी बड़े थे और सूर्य के प्रकाश में चमचमा रहे थे At the end of the garden there was a wall. बाग के अंत में एक दिवाल था There was a lamp hanging on the wall. दिवाल पर चिराग टंगा हुआ था Aladdin climbed a ladder and took down the
lamp. अल्लाद्दीन एक सीढ़ि पर चढ़ा और चिराग को नीचे उतरा He put the lamp inside his shirt. उसने चिराग को कुर्ते के अंदर रख लिए , Then he picked a lot of jewels off the trees in
the garden. तब उसने बागीचे के पेड़ो से बहुत सारे आभूषणों को उतर लिया He put them in his pockets. उसने उन्हें जेब में रख लिया He put more jewels inside his shirt on top of the
lamp. उसने बहुत से गहने अपने जेब और चिराग के ऊपर रख लिया .
Then he hurried back to the wizard. तब वह जादूगर की और जल्दी से लौटा, The jewels were heavy, गहने भारी थे and Aladdin could not climb the steps और अल्लाद्दीन सीढ़ियों के पायदानों को चढ़ नहीं सकता था The wizard asked for the lamp. जादूगर ने चिराग के बारे में पूछा, It was under the jewels, and Aladdin could
not reach it. यह गहनों के अन्दर था अल्लाद्दीन उसे नही पा रहा था .
The wizard was very angry because he wanted the
lamp, जादूगर बहुत क्रोधित था क्योकि उसे चिराग चाहिए था. He did not help Aladdin. उसने अल्लाद्दीन की मदद नहीं किया. He cast a magic spell, उसने जादू का उच्चारण किया and the stone came down और पत्थर नीचे आया गया and shut Aladdin in the hole. और अल्लाद्दीन को गुफा में बंद कर दिया Aladdin was alone in the dark. अल्लाद्दीन अँधेरे में अकेला था , He was very frightened. वह बहुत डर गया था He shouted for help वह मदद के लिए चिल्लाया, but nobody heard him लेकिन किसी ने उसकी न सुनी . He cried and rubbed his hands together और वह रोया/ चिल्लाया अपनी हाथों को एक साथ रगड़ा. He rubbed the wizard's ring on his finger. वह अपनी अंगुली पर के जादूगर के अँगूठी को रगड़ा, Suddenly a big, ugly genie appeared. अचानक एक बड़ा , कुरूप/ भयानक जीन प्रकट हुआ .
"Who are you?" cried Aladdin. तुम कौन हो ? अल्लाद्दीन चिल्लाया .
"That ring is magical," replied the
genie. "I am the Slave of the Ring. यह जादुई अँगूठी है मैं इस अँगूठी का गुलाम हूँ , What do you want?" आप क्या चाहते हैं ?
"I want to get out of here," said
Aladdin. “मैं यहाँ से बाहर जाना चाहता हूँ ,” अल्लाद्दीन ने कहा .
"All right," replied the genie. “ठीक है ,” जीन ने जबाब दिया .
Suddenly the hole opened. अचानक गुफा खुला , Aladdin was outside in the sun again. अल्लादीन एक बार फिर बाहर धुप में था , He was happy and ran home quickly to his mother. वह खुश था और जल्दी से घर अपनी माँ के पास दौड़ा .

The wizard got angry. He casts magic spell and Aladdin
was shut in the hole. Aladdin got frightened in dark. He rubbed his hands. Then
a genie appeared from the wizard's ring. The genie told Aladdin that he was the
slave of the magical ring. The genie asked Aladdin to ask or demand anything
from him. And, with the Kind help of the genie Aladdin came back to the ground.
He, then rushed to meet his mother and was soon back to home.
