A Bottle of Dew ENG TO HINDI Class-VI

Rama Natha was the son of a rich landlord. रामनाथ एक अमीर जमींदार का बेटा था। His father left him large tracts of land when he died. उसके पिता ने मरने से पहले उसे बहुत सारी ज़मीनें छोड़ी थीं। But Rama Natha did not spend even one day looking after his land. लेकिन रामनाथ ने अपनी ज़मीन की देखभाल के लिए एक दिन भी नहीं बिताया। This was because he had a funny idea-he believed there was a magic potion that could turn any object into gold. ऐसा इसलिए था क्योंकि उसके मन में एक अजीब विचार था- उसे विश्वास था कि एक जादुई औषधि है, जो किसी भी वस्तु को सोने में बदल सकती है। He spent all his time to learn more about this potion. उसने अपना सारा समय इस औषधि के बारे में और अधिक जानने में लगा दिया। People cheated him often, लोग अक्सर उसे धोखा देते थे, promising to tell him about it, उसे इसके बारे में बताने का वादा करते थे, but he did not give up. लेकिन उसने हार नहीं मानी। His wife, Madhumati, was tired of this उसकी पत्नी मधुमती इस बात से थक चुकी थी and also worried और वह भी चिंतित थी because she saw क्योंकि उसने देखा कि how much money Rama Natha was spending. रामनाथ कितना पैसा खर्च कर रहा था। She was sure that soon they would be without money. उसे यकीन था कि जल्द ही उनके पास पैसे नहीं रहेंगे।

One day, a famous sage called Mahipati came to their town. एक दिन महिपति नामक एक प्रसिद्ध ऋषि उनके शहर में आए। Rama Natha became his follower and asked him about the potion. रामनाथ उनके अनुयायी बन गया और उनसे उस औषधि के बारे में पूछा। To his surprise the sage answered ऋषि को आश्चर्य हुआ और उन्होंने उत्तर दिया,, "Yes, in my travels in the Himalayas, "हाँ, हिमालय की अपनी यात्रा के दौरान मैंने सुना था कि I heard how you could make such a potion. तुम ऐसी औषधि कैसे बना सकते हो। But it is difficult." लेकिन यह कठिन है।"

"Tell me!" "मुझे बताइये!"requested Rama Natha, रामनाथ ने अनुरोध किया no believing his luck. अपनी किस्मत पर विश्वास न करते हुए ।

"You have to plant a banana plant and water it regularly with your hands. "तुम्हें केले का पौधा लगाना होगा और उसे नियमित रूप से अपने हाथों से पानी देना होगा। In winter the morning dew is on the leaves. सर्दियों में सुबह की ओस पत्तियों पर होती है। You have to collect the dew and store it in a bottle. तुम्हें ओस को इकट्ठा करके एक बोतल में रखना होगा। Wher you have five litres of dew, bring it to me. अगर तुम्हारे पास पाँच लीटर ओस हो जाये, तो उसे मेरे पास ले आना । I will chant some magic words, which will turn  into the magic potion. मैं कुछ जादुई मंत्र बोलूँगा, जिससे वह जादुई औषधि में बदल जायेगा। A drop of the potion will change any object into gold." औषधि की एक बूँद किसी भी वस्तु को सोने में बदल देगी।"

Rama Natha was worried. रामनाथ चिंतित था। "But winter is only for a few months. "लेकिन सर्दी तो बस कुछ महीनों के लिए है। It will take me years to collect five litres of dew." मुझे पाँच लीटर ओस इकट्ठा करने में सालों लग जाएँगे।"

"You can plant as many banana plants as you want. "तुम  जितने चाहो उतने केले के पौधे लगा सकते हैं। But remember, you must look after them yourself लेकिन याद रहे, तुम्हें उनकी देखभाल खुद ही करना होगा  and collect the dew with your own hands." और ओस को अपने हाथों से इकट्ठा करना होगा।"

Rama Natha went home, रामनाथ घर गया  and after talking to his wife started cleaning his large fields, और अपनी पत्नी से बात करने के बाद अपने बड़े खेत की सफाई करने लगा, which had been lying empty all these years. जो इतने सालों से खाली पड़े थे। There he planted rows and rows of banana plants. वहाँ उन्होंने केले के पौधों की कतारें लगाईं। He tended them carefully उन्होंने उनकी देखभाल बहुत सावधानी से की and during the winter months collected the dew that formed on them with great care. और सर्दियों के महीनों में उन पर जमने वाली ओस को बहुत सावधानी से इकट्ठा किया। His wife helped him too. उनकी पत्नी ने भी उनकी मदद की।

Madhumati gathered the banana crop, मधुमती ने केले की फसल इकट्ठी की, took it to the market उसे बाजार ले गई and got a good price for it. और उसे इसके लिए अच्छी कीमत मिली। Over the years, Rama Natha planted more and more plants सालों के दौरान, रामनाथ ने और भी पौधे लगाए and they had a huge banana plantation. और उनके पास केले का एक बहुत बड़ा बागान हो गया। At the end of six years, he finally had his five litres of dew.  छह साल के अंत में, आखिरकार उसके पास पाँच लीटर ओस आ गई। 

Carefully, he took the bottle to the sage. सावधानी से, वह बोतल को ऋषि के पास ले गया। The sage smiled and muttered something over the water. ऋषि मुस्कुराए और पानी के ऊपर कुछ बुदबुदाए। Then he returned the bottle and said, "Try it out." फिर उन्होंने बोतल लौटा दी और कहा, "इसे आज़माओ।"Rama Natha sprinkled a few drops on a copper vessel and waited for it to turn to gold. रामनाथ ने तांबे के बर्तन पर कुछ बूँदें छिड़कीं और उसके सोने में बदल जाने का इंतज़ार किया। To his surprise nothing happened! उसे आश्चर्य हुआ कि कुछ नहीं हुआ!

"This is cheating," he told the sage. "यह धोखा है," उसने ऋषि से कहा। "I have wasted six precious years of my life." "मैंने अपने जीवन के छह बहुमूल्य वर्ष बर्बाद कर दिए हैं।"

But sage Mahipati only smiled and called Madhumati to come forward. लेकिन ऋषि महीपति ने केवल मुस्कुराकर मधुमती को आगे आने के लिए कहा। She came with a big box. वह एक बड़ा बक्सा लेकर आई। When she opened it, जब उसने बक्सा खोला inside shined stacks of gold coins! तो उसमें सोने के सिक्कों का ढेर चमक रहा था!

Now the sage turned to the very surprised Rama Natha अब ऋषि बहुत आश्चर्यचकित रामनाथ की ओर मुड़े and said, "There is no magic potion that can turn things into gold. और कहा, "ऐसी कोई जादुई औषधि नहीं है जो चीजों को सोने में बदल सके। You worked hard on your land तुमने अपनी जमीन पर कड़ी मेहनत की है and created this plantation. और यह बागान बनाया है।

While you looked after the trees, your wife sold the fruits in the market. जब तुम पेड़ों की देखभाल करते थे, तुम्हारी पत्नी बाज़ार में फल बेचती थी। That's how you got this money. इस तरह से तुम्हें ये पैसे मिले। It was your hard work that created this wealth, not magic. यह तुम्हारी मेहनत थी जिसने यह दौलत पैदा की, कोई जादू नहीं। If I had told you about this earlier, अगर मैंने तुम्हें इसके बारे में पहले बताया होता, you would have not listened to me, तो तुम मेरी बात नहीं सुनते, so I have played a trick on you." इसलिए मैंने तुम्हारे साथ एक चाल चली है।"

Rama Natha understood the wisdom behind these words रामनाथ ने इन शब्दों के पीछे छिपी बुद्धिमत्ता को समझा and worked even harder on his plantation from that day on. और उस दिन से अपने बागान पर और भी अधिक मेहनत करने लगे।
