From the Poem:-

 I celebrate myself, and sing myself,

मैं खुद से ही आनंद मना रहा हूं और गा रहा हूं।
And what I assume you shall assume,
 जो मैं मानता हूं आप भी उसे मानोगे।
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you. 

मुझसे संबंधित प्रत्येक अणु वैसे ही हैं जैसे आप से अच्छी तरह संबंधित है।
I loaf and invite my soal, 

मैं घूमता हूं ,और अपनी आत्मा का आह्वान करता हूं।
I lean and loafe at my ease observing a spear of summer grass 

मैं आराम करता हूं और मस्ती में घूमने के क्रम में घास के फलक का अवलोकन करता हूं।
My tongue ,every atom of my blood , from'd from this soil , this air,

 मेरी जुबान और रक्त का प्रत्येक कतरा इसी मिट्टी और हवा से बने हैं।
Born here of parents, born here from parents the same, and their parents the same,

 दूसरों की तरह ही हम भी इसी देश के माता-पिता की संतान हैं।
I' now thirty seven years old in perfect health begin,

मैं अब 37 वर्ष का हूं अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के साथ यानी मैं 37 वर्ष का स्वस्थ युवक हूं।
Hoping to cease not till death, 

आशा करता हूं कि मृत्यु तक नहीं रुकूंगा।
Creeds and schools in abeyance,

धार्मिक विचार एवं सामाजिक मान्यताएं चाहे जैसे भी हो।
Retiring back a while sufficed at what they are, but never forgotten,

I harbour for good or bad 
मैं विश्वास करता हूं अच्छा एवं बुरा में

, I permit to speak at every hazard,
और मैं स्वयं को प्रत्येक खतरों के बावजूद बोलने की अनुमति देता हूं।
Nature without check  with original energy.
जैसे प्राकृत बिना रुके वास्तविक ऊर्जा के साथ कार्य करता है।
