How to recognise Active and Passive sentences?
1. If action is done by the subject then called sentence in Active Voice.
and
2. If action is done by the object then called sentence in passive Voice.
Ram eats a mango. ---Active Voice.
A mango is eaten by Ram.--- Passive Voice.

Rules for Changing Active to Passive.
1. The subject of Active takes the place of Object in Passive.
2. The object of Active takes the place of Subject in Passive.
3. Appropriate auxiliary verb is used according to Subject of Passive.
4. Any from of the verb should be changed in to V3.
5. After V3 i use ,"by".
6. Personal pronoun is also changed subjective to Objective form.

Pv. A mango is eaten by me.

Note: We don't change Active to Passive following tense
1. Present Prefect Continuous Tense.
2. Past Prefect Continuous Tense.

4. Future Perfect Continuous Tense.
Past indefinite Tense
Rules: Object of Active +was/ were + v3 + by + Subject of Active.
1. She stole my books.
Pv- My books were stolen by her.
2. Ajay didn't speak the truth.
Pv. - The truth wasn't spoken by Ajay.
3. why did they buy this?
Pv. Why was this bought by them?
4. why did he break the glass?
Pv. Why was the glass broken by him?
Ex. 1. I was drawing a picture.
Pv- A picture was being drawn by me.
2. They were not plucking the flowers.
Pv. The flowers were not being plucked by them.
3. Why were Anu singing a song?
Pv.- Why was a song being sung by Anu?
Ex:- 1. Ram had broken this chair.
Pv.- This chair had been broken by Ram.
2. The player had won the match before Sachin came.
Pv- The match had been won before Sachin came.
FUTURE INDEFINITE TENSE
Rules: Object of Active +shall/will be+ v3 + by + Subject of Active.
Ex:-
1. She will write a letter.
Pv.- A letter will be written by her.
2. The postman will not deliver a letter.
Pv- A letter will not be delivered by the postman.
3.Why will he teach me?
Pv- Why will I be taught by him?
